Welcome to Jenks Gymnastics, where we combine fun and hard work in our everyday philosophy! We place school, family, friends, and health above the importance of the sport itself. The results speak for themselves as we look at the continued accomplishments of our fine gymnasts both academically and in the gym!

Gymnastics is an artistic sport which probably involves more physical training and mental concentration than any other team sport.  The coordination developed from the year round training regimen for competitive gymnasts can prepare a young man or woman for almost any other sport.  How many other sports require up to twenty hours of weekly practice (nearly year round) for two minutes in the spotlight?

Our coaching staff has nearly a century of experience (granted, a good share comes from the talents of our head coach Ken Hensley), but it's the quality of the gymnasts which make Jenks Gymnastics so strong.  Although Ken has years of coaching under his belt, he's continually amazed at the strong work ethic demonstrated by so many gymnasts under his care.

We hope you consider looking at Jenks if your son or daughter has any interest in the sport.  We have a tremendous recreational program as well, offering one class per week tailored to your child's age or skill level.  We think we have our values in the right place.  We sure have had our share of successful, happy alumni.
